FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR SETTING UP A ROCK TOOLS PRODUCTION FACILITY FOR SANDVIK ASIA PVT. LTD

Sandvik Asia Private Limited is planning to setup a new Rock Tools Production Facility. Sandvik had already made a preliminary study and decided to setup up this new facility in Hyderabad. In order to supplement the study on feasibility of this project, Tebodin India carried out a detailed study on the feasibility aspect of the project and also rendered their services for carrying out the engineering and construction management for the realisation of the project. LOCATION: HYDERABAD, INDIA SITE AREA: 35 ACRES PROJECT COST: 240 CRORES SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Review the production process and logistics together with the client. 2. Prepare a design of the facility matching the production process and logistics. 3. Prepare Master plan site layout, elevations, cross sections and plans for the individual buildings. 4. 3-D drawings and basic specifications. 5. All exterior infrastructure like for example the receipt and distribution of High voltage e cables, switch yard and indoor switchgear. (a) Receipt, storage of potable and process / fire fighting water. (b) Waste water treatment plant, softening and reverse osmosis systems for water purification. (c) Overhead pipe racking systems for transport of water, electricity etc. (d) Storage of dangerous materials (e) Alternative power supply from Generators 6. Incorporate the Sandvik standards in the design (these are available upon request) 7. Do an initial investigation of a suitable environmental certification (Leed?) including cost estimate (rain water harvesting, solar panels etc) 8. Cost estimate based on design 9. Time schedule based on the design. STARTING DATE: APRIL 2012 COMPLETION DATE: JULY 2012

R&D STATION FOR VEGETABLE BREEDING FOR NUNHEMS INDIA PVT. LTD.

Tebodin India is developing an R & D station for Vegetable Breeding (9 crops) for Nunhems India Private Limited (NIPL) in India. NIPL had already made a preliminary study and decided to setup up this facility at Rasulpur Village, Karnal District (Haryana State) which is already owned by them. The new facility will help NIPL to transfer their existing facility from Murthal to Karnal in a phased manner. LOCATION: HARYANA, INDIA SITE AREA: 8 ACRES PROJECT COST: 6.7 CRORES SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work of our engineering services for this project is proposed to be carried out in the following phases: 1. Topographical and contour survey 2. Preliminary design phase and preliminary planning 3. Soil investigation /Authorization Planning/ Permitting services 4. Basic Design 5. Detail Design 6. Tendering 7. Construction Management STARTING DATE: DECEMBER 2011 EXPECTED COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 2013
